• The operators of Warring Factions take no responsibility whatsoever for any damages caused by the use of this site and software.
  
  
• The VRML map requires the use of a 3rd party VRML Viewer application. Warring Factions is in no way associated with the makers of these applications. (i.e. Blaxxun, ParallelGraphics)
  
  
• The operators of Warring Factions reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for misconduct of the accounts owner or anyone having access to the account. Reasons include, but are not limited to, offensive behaviour towards other players, attempt to sell an account or other Warring Factions intellectual property, or exploiting weaknesses in the software for personal gain in and outside the game.
  
  
• Accounts are issued to individuals and may not be sold, given or otherwise traded.
  
  
• The operators of Warring Factions reserve the right to delete inactive accounts. Inactivity is defined by 30 days without a login of that account.
  
  
• The operators of Warring Factions do not guarantee the availability of the site.
  
  
• Your personal information, especially your e-mail address, will not be disclosed to 3rd parties. The operators of Warring Factions reserve the right to send e-mail messages with game related information to the specified addresses.
